Refund Policy
1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive your goods, without giving any reason.

2. Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of receipt.
The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation.
Please note: Custom-made, personalised, or perishable goods are exempt from the right to cancel unless they are faulty.
3. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If the goods you receive are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item, providing a description and photographs (if possible) of the issue.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
If you are exercising your right to cancel, we will refund the original cost of the goods and the standard delivery charges (if applicable).
Please note that enhanced delivery options (such as express shipping) may not be refunded.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If you are returning an item because it is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.
We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

Custom-made or personalised items.
Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if unsealed (e.g., riding helmets, horse grooming products).
